Discovery call (Day 0, 15 minutes)
A short call with Raj or one of our senior partners. We ask three things:
- What tasks do you want off your plate?
- What tools do you already use?
- What does “good” look like to you in 30 days?

Matching a TeamMate (Day 1–2)
Within 48 hours we shortlist 1–2 trained Team Mates matched to your industry, tools and time-zone preferences
- You see their profile — name, photo, experience, sample work — before they start
- You can interview them on a 15-minute call if you would like to
- Most clients do not bother. The match is usually right.

5-day free trial, no obligation (Days 3–7)
Your Team Mate starts work on Day 3.
- In practice, fewer than 1 in 10 clients ask for a replacement. We take match-quality seriously because we are working for free during the trial

Daily delivery, weekly reviews (Day 8 onwards)
Once you are signed off, you go on a monthly plan.
- Your Team Mate writes a daily work report
- what they did, what is in progress, what they need from you
- Once a week, your senior partner reviews the engagement with you in 15 minutes
- You can scale up, scale down, switch plans or pause — at any time, with no penalty

Tools & access
NDA signed. Tool access provisioned. Shared folder created. Slack or WhatsApp channel opened.
Reporting
Daily work report (end of your day). Weekly summary (Friday). Monthly review with your senior partner
Security
NDA signed by every Team Mate before access is granted. Two-factor authentication on every shared tool.
