Five working days from your first call. Day 0: discovery call. Day 1–2: TeamMate matching. Day 3–7: 5-day no-commitment trial. Day 8: full engagement begins.
Yes. We offer an optional 15-minute introduction call once we have shortlisted your match. Most clients skip it. Match accuracy across the last 12 months is 92%+.
After your initial consultation, we analyze your requirements and match you with a TeamMate whose skills and experience are the best fit for your tasks. You will then receive an introduction email detailing your TeamMate’s credentials.
No. Plans are monthly. Cancel any time, with no exit fees. The only thing you commit to is paying for hours already delivered.
Yes by default. We can invoice in GBP, EUR, CAD or AUD on request.
No. The only set-up fee on the entire site is $499 for Outreach as a Service (covers domain warmup), and that is waived on a 3-month pre-pay.
We build at least one custom AI workflow inside your tools during the first 30 days of a Growth or Scale engagement. Things like inbox triage, lead enrichment, draft replies. You own the workflow when we are
done.
We staff your engagement against your time zone, not ours. UK clients get a 9am–5pm UK shift. US East Coast clients get 9am–5pm ET. We are 5.5 hours ahead of UK and 9.5 hours ahead of US Eastern, so we adjust our team’s hours, not yours.
English. Native-fluent for written work. Most Team Mates speak with a neutral Indian accent on calls, which our clients have not flagged as an issue in 11 years.
We staff Monday–Friday by default. Weekend cover is available on Scale and bespoke pods at no extra charge.
Yes. Every TeamMate signs a confidentiality agreement before being given access to any client tool. We can also sign your own NDA — just send it.
Inside your tools. We do not move data into ours. We use the
same Google Drive / Notion / CRM accounts you do, with role-based access we configure
together.
Required on every shared tool. We do not store passwords in spreadsheets. We use 1Password for credential sharing.
Your TeamMate for day-to-day work. A senior partner for weekly reviews and any escalations.
Whatever channel you already use — email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, or a shared dashboard. We adapt to you, not the other way round.
You can switch plans, add hands or pause — at any point. We pro-rate the change to your next billing cycle.
