AssignMe was founded in 2015 in Udaipur, India, by Mukesh and a small founding team. The idea was simple: small businesses in the UK and US could not afford to hire the operational support they desperately needed, and India had a deep bench of trained, English-fluent professionals who were ready to help. Local hires in the West were expensive, slow to onboard, and rarely stayed long. We built a different model — a remote team that you onboard once and keep for years.

Show, don’t tell
Every TeamMate writes a daily work report. Every campaign gets a weekly summary. If we cannot show you what we did this week, we did not do it.
Owned, not outsourced
We are an Indian team serving Western clients.We do not pretend otherwise. The accent on the call is the accent on the email.That has worked for 11 years and we are not going to change it.
Trained, not hired
Anyone can hire a VA. We train them — on your tools, your tone, your customers, your reporting cadence. Ramp-up takes a week. Then they run.

Where we work
We are based in Udaipur, Rajasthan — one of India’s quieter, more liveable cities. Most of our delivery team works from our office five days a week. Senior partners travel to client cities a few times a year. We are in the same room often enough that nothing falls through the cracks.
