2. Do you charge a set-up fee on VA plans?
No. Only Outreach as a Service has a set-up fee, and that covers domain warmup costs we incur on your behalf
3. What if my VA is sick?
Your backup TeamMate picks up. You are charged for hours delivered, not hours scheduled. If a backup cannot be arranged that day, we credit the lost hours to your next month.
4. Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any point. Up or down. We pro-rate the change to your next billing cycle.
