Once you complete our straightforward signup process, we typically assign a suitable TeamMate within one business day. If you prefer to interview and select a TeamMate yourself, it may take slightly longer.
How will my TeamMate be assigned?
After your initial consultation, we analyze your requirements and match you with a TeamMate whose skills and experience are the best fit for your tasks. You will then receive an introduction email detailing your TeamMate’s credentials.
Can I choose my own TeamMate?

Do you offer a trial period?
Yes, we offer a trial period of 3-5 days depending on your specific needs, allowing you to experience our services without obligation.
What are the payment terms?
We operate on a prepaid basis, you will need to provide credit card details after signing the NDA with us. Our invoices are generated at the beginning of each month based on your chosen plan, with charges applied to your card or paid online.
What payment options are available?
We accept payments via bank transfer and also offer a payment link for credit card payments, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
What is the commitment period for your services?
We offer flexible monthly plans with no minimum lock-in period. You can join, leave, upgrade, or downgrade as you see fit. We require a 7-day notice for any changes to facilitate resource allocation.

Our main office is based in Udaipur, India. While we do not maintain physical offices abroad, our operational model is built on providing robust virtual support from India to clients worldwide. All our VAs work remotely, offering flexible support aligned with your preferred timezone to seamlessly integrate with your business schedule.
How do I communicate with my TeamMate?
You can communicate with your TeamMate via email, chat, Skype, phone—whatever suits you best. Most of our clients prefer to assign tasks via email or chat.
Can my AssignMe membership be shared?
Yes, your membership can be shared with approved individuals, such as family members or colleagues, making it versatile for both personal and business use. However, individuals under 18 cannot use our service.
Will my TeamMate work exclusively for me?
If you opt for a full-time engagement, your TeamMate will work exclusively for you. If you choose a part-time or hourly plan, your TeamMate may also assist other clients. Regardless, your primary TeamMate is always responsible for the quality of work delivered.
When subscribing to a monthly plan, will I work with an individual or a team?
While you will have a primary TeamMate as your main point of contact, you actually gain access to the entire AssignMe team’s expertise, ensuring comprehensive support while maintaining strict data privacy.
Can I hire multiple assistants?
Yes, at AssignMe, we can help you assemble an entire virtual team tailored to your needs. We offer comprehensive recruitment services to build your team without any additional fees. You have the flexibility to hire multiple TeamMates under various plans and even across different time zones to optimize support for your business operations.
What if my TeamMate lacks the skills needed for a specific task?
Should a task require specialized skills that your primary TeamMate does not possess, such as bookkeeping or web design, AssignMe provides access to a team of specialists. These experts work in concert with your TeamMate, ensuring all tasks are completed proficiently. Your TeamMate remains your main point of contact, managing all general administrative duties and coordinating any specialized assistance required.
Do you provide cold calling services?
No, we do not specialize in cold calling as our focus is on providing comprehensive virtual assistance services across various domains.
Are there any tasks AssignMe does not handle?
We maintain high ethical standards and do not engage in illegal, unethical, or uncomfortable tasks. We are transparent about our capabilities and will communicate openly if a task is outside our scope.
How do AssignMe holidays align with US/UK holidays?
Our teams observe a mix of local and client country holidays. While your primary team will follow your country’s holiday calendar, our standby teams can cover urgent tasks even on holidays to ensure continuous support.
